Wedding Planning + Coordination Packages

Any wedding or event venue that is 30 miles outside of the Sacramento area will accrue a travel fee + accommodation fee (if destination)
Please note that we might be based in Northern CA, but we will travel ANYWHERE for you! Travel fees help to cover gas and parking fees for our team. Accommodation fees helps assist with lodging and flights for our head coordinator/team to ensure that they can be present for your rehearsal, wedding day, and to stay late to facilitate post-event responsibilities.

Full Service Planning is designed for couples who want a trusted expert by their side from "Yes!" to "I do."
From the moment you book, the Moon Mama team becomes your planning partner, advocate, creative collaborator, and logistical powerhouse. We take the time to truly get to know you, your relationship, your values, and your vision so we can create a celebration that feels authentically and unapologetically you.
We'll guide every step of the planning process, including venue selection, vendor sourcing and management, budget guidance, timeline creation, design development, guest experience planning, RSVP management, contract review, transportation logistics, rehearsal coordination, and all the countless details in between. Whether it's scheduling venue tours, coordinating tastings, mailing invitations, managing vendor communications, or planning your honeymoon, we've got it covered.
In addition to planning and logistics, we'll work with you to create a bespoke wedding design that reflects your personality, aesthetic, and story. From the overall guest experience to the smallest design details, we'll ensure every element feels intentional, cohesive, and meaningful.
Throughout the planning process, you'll receive regular check-ins, guidance, reminders, and expert advice, allowing you to enjoy being engaged without carrying the stress of managing every moving piece yourself. Our goal is to take the overwhelm off your shoulders while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
As your wedding day approaches, Alyssa, Founder of Moon Mama Event Co. and your certified wedding planner, will oversee all vendor communications, finalize logistics, coordinate your rehearsal, and create comprehensive timelines for your vendor team, wedding party, and loved ones.
On your wedding day, your coordination team will serve as the central point of contact for vendors and guests, manage the timeline, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and ensure every detail is executed with care. We'll handle the behind-the-scenes logistics so you can focus on what truly matters: celebrating your love, soaking in every moment, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

INVESTMENT STARTING AT $6,500
You've already begun planning your wedding and have secured some of your vendors, but now you're ready for expert guidance to bring everything together.
Our Partial Planning package is designed for couples who want a collaborative planning experience without starting from scratch. We'll help fill in the gaps, connect you with trusted vendors who align with your vision and budget, and provide the tools, resources, and guidance needed to keep your planning process organized and stress-free.
Beginning six months before your wedding, Alyssa, your certified wedding planner, will step in to take over vendor communication and logistics management. We'll create and maintain a customized planning timeline, shared task list, and event schedule while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and accounted for.
Together, we'll refine your wedding design, review your plans, troubleshoot challenges, and make sure all of the moving pieces are working cohesively toward your vision. We'll also coordinate your rehearsal, distribute timelines to vendors and your wedding party, and serve as the primary point of contact leading up to and throughout your wedding day.
On the day of your celebration, your coordination team will manage logistics, support your vendors, assist guests, and handle any unexpected issues that arise so you can remain fully present. Our goal is to protect your peace, advocate for your vision, and ensure your wedding unfolds with intention, ease, and a little bit of Moon Mama magic.

You've found your dream team of vendors—now it's time to enjoy the final stretch of planning!
Our Month-Of Coordination package is designed to bring all the moving pieces together. We'll create your wedding day timeline, coordinate with your vendors, answer questions, provide guidance throughout the final weeks leading up to your celebration, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
Your coordination team will be the central point of contact for vendors and guests, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on being present and celebrating. Our goal is to protect your peace and insulate you from day-of stress, allowing you to fully enjoy every meaningful moment.
Please note that Month-Of Coordination is primarily focused on logistics, timeline management, vendor coordination, and event execution. Extensive décor installation, floral placement, arbor construction, centerpiece assembly, signage installation, chair setup, and other large-scale design or setup tasks should be arranged with your florist, rental company, venue staff, designated setup team, or loved ones. If you're concerned about décor setup or have extensive installation needs, please reach out as early as possible so we can assess your vision and discuss additional support options.

You and your honey have opted for an intimate celebration with just the two of you and maybe a few members of your chosen family. We love that for you!
With this package, the Moon Mama team will take care of it all…like literally all of it (officiant, flowers, decor, etc.). We will ensure this elopement will be everything your heart desires. Your celebration is sure to be special and uniquely you! We love a tender and intimate commitment ceremony and can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!

“Where do I even begin?! The Moon Mama team made my elopement and elopement after party so special, unique and perfect. I was lucky to have the team contribute to several parts of my big day.
Alyssa was my officiant and she absolutely nailed it! She wrote custom vows that I loved so much I had printed as a keepsake. She made our ceremony feel relaxing and fun and even included our guests in our vows… it made everyone feel special and loved.
For my party, Alyssa and her partner Khendel did the Photo Booth, table decor and a FLOWER BAR (a dream come true!). The table arrangements were so fun and exactly my vibe. The Photo Booth with Polaroids was next level and all of my friends loved being able to take a printed pic home. My absolute very favorite thing was the flower bar… at the end of the night, the Moon Mama team repurposed flowers and made amazing flower arrangements for guests to take home. It made me so happy to see my loved ones get to take home flowers (giving folks flowers is my love language)! They were wrapped in beautiful paper and tied with ribbon…. Some even had fun mix-ins like disco balls and forever florals - they were works of art I tell ya!
