Wedding Planning + Coordination Packages

Any wedding or event venue that is 30 miles outside of the Sacramento area will accrue a travel fee + accommodation fee (if destination)
Please note that we might be based in Northern CA, but we will travel ANYWHERE for you! Travel fees help to cover gas and parking fees for our team. Accommodation fees helps assist with lodging and flights for our head coordinator/team to ensure that they can be present for your rehearsal, wedding day, and to stay late to facilitate post-event responsibilities.

INVESTMENT STARTING AT $10,000
With Full Service Planning, the Moon Mama team will be there to advise and assist you every step of the way, from the beginning stages of planning until your guests leave your venue. We go beyond the typical client-planner relationship and by getting to know who you are to your core, we are able to ensure that every detail of your wedding is uniquely you. Think of us as your personal assistants and best friends wrapped into one! We will book your venue tours, manage your RSVP’s, review all vendor contracts, mail out your invites, provide guidance with managing your budget, schedule your cake tastings, and even plan your honeymoon (and everything in between). It’s all in the details and Moon Mama has got you covered from the moment you book!
By connecting you with the ideal vendor team we will ensure that the wedding of your dreams comes to fruition! From coordinating transportation to selecting linens, Moon Mama will take care of it all. We will take the headache and overwhelm out of planning by guiding you through your checklist and keeping everything on track. Alyssa, your certified wedding planner, will take over all of the vendor communications as well as create and distribute a day-of schedule to your wedding party + vendors. She will also lead your rehearsal alongside your officiant/celebrant to ensure your wedding party + loved ones knows what’s up when it comes to your special day!
Your day-of coordination team will ensure your day goes off without a hitch and we’ll handle any “fires” (literally and figuratively) if they arise. You’ll feel confident knowing that the Moon Mamas will be there to take care of it all + help to make your wedding dreams come true!
We will work alongside you to execute a bespoke wedding design based on your aesthetic and desires. You will receive regular check-ins, reminders and updates on your planning progress and we will take care of all of the groundwork on your behalf, leaving you time to enjoy the bliss of being engaged!
With this package you also have your choice of 2 of the following options for no additional charge (for more info on these services, please look at our a la carte menu below):

You have found a few of your vendors and now you need assistance with the rest. The Moon Mamas will provide you with a list of vendors who we think will be a good fit for you and your honey. We will create a shared calendar and to-do list to keep you on track with the planning process.
Alyssa, your certified wedding planner, will take over all of the vendor communications at the 6-month mark as well as create and distribute a day-of schedule to your wedding party + vendors. We will work alongside you to execute a fully customized wedding design based on your aesthetic and desires. She will also lead your rehearsal alongside your officiant/celebrant to ensure your wedding party knows what’s up when it comes to your special day!
Your day-of coordination team will ensure your day goes off without a hitch and we’ll handle any “fires” (literally and figuratively) if they arise. You’ll feel confident knowing that the Moon Mamas will be there to take care of it all + help to make your wedding dreams come true!

With this package, the Moon Mama team will take care of it all…like literally all of it (officiant, flowers, decor, etc.). We will ensure this elopement will be everything your heart desires. Your celebration is sure to be special and uniquely you! We love a tender and intimate commitment ceremony and can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!

If your biological family disagrees with your relationship and has chosen not to participate in your wedding day or a similar experience that has left you without someone to walk you down the aisle, CONSIDER US YOUR CHOSEN FAMILY! We love love and especially love queer love! The Moon Mamas will 100% be by your side. We’ll wear whatever you want us to and even learn choreography for a surprise boogey down the aisle. “Where do I even begin?! The Moon Mama team made my elopement and elopement after party so special, unique and perfect. I was lucky to have the team contribute to several parts of my big day.
Alyssa was my officiant and she absolutely nailed it! She wrote custom vows that I loved so much I had printed as a keepsake. She made our ceremony feel relaxing and fun and even included our guests in our vows… it made everyone feel special and loved.
For my party, Alyssa and her partner Khendel did the Photo Booth, table decor and a FLOWER BAR (a dream come true!). The table arrangements were so fun and exactly my vibe. The Photo Booth with Polaroids was next level and all of my friends loved being able to take a printed pic home. My absolute very favorite thing was the flower bar… at the end of the night, the Moon Mama team repurposed flowers and made amazing flower arrangements for guests to take home. It made me so happy to see my loved ones get to take home flowers (giving folks flowers is my love language)! They were wrapped in beautiful paper and tied with ribbon…. Some even had fun mix-ins like disco balls and forever florals - they were works of art I tell ya!
